How corporate membership works

Corporate membership gives employers a way to provide ongoing primary care through Heartland Medicine Colville Clinic. Membership can be offered as an employee benefit, with enrollment arrangements discussed directly with the clinic.

Employees and their enrolled family members receive the same Direct Care membership services at 10% below the regular monthly rates. There is no enrollment fee. All minors must have an adult enrolled.

What members can expect

• Receive ongoing primary care from local, qualified, caring, experienced providers.
• Arrange timely appointments, often on the same day they call.*
• Discuss multiple concerns during a visit.
• Schedule visits as needed for acute and chronic conditions.
• Communicate directly with their provider.
• Include family members at corporate membership rates.

*Every reasonable effort is made to accommodate urgent membership needs within 24 hours; same-day availability is not guaranteed.

Direct Care membership is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for hospital care, specialist care or other services outside the membership. We do not accept or bill insurance of any kind.
