X-rays include the radiologist’s reading fee. Lab and procedure charges depend on the service. Payment is due at the time of your Urgent Care visit.

Understand what you’re paying for
Monthly membership
Direct Care provides ongoing primary care under the patient contract. Membership is not health insurance. Labs, medications and services outside the membership may cost extra.
Pay-per-visit care
Urgent Care has a basic visit fee, with additional charges for applicable services. Payment is due at the time of service.

Are family membership rates available?
Families of three or more enrolled members receive a 10% discount on membership fees for every family member. All minors must have an adult enrolled.
Does membership cover every healthcare expense?
No. Read the patient contract for included services and additional costs. Membership does not cover hospital care or specialist bills and is not a substitute for health insurance.
Corporate Memberships
Businesses can offer Direct Care membership with a 10% discount for everyone enrolled under a corporate membership, including family members. Enrollment fee: $0.
