Register for the care you need

Choose the appropriate branch when completing the registration form.

Ongoing primary care

Read the patient contract.
Review services, fees and enrollment terms.
Select the membership branch.
Choose “Heartland Medicine – Members” in the Branch location field.
Complete your registration.
Then call 509-684-7925 to arrange your first appointment.

An immediate illness or injury

Select the Urgent Care branch.
Choose “Heartland Medicine – URGENT CARE” in the Branch location field.
Complete your patient intake.
The form includes membership questions, but registering for Urgent Care does not enroll you in a membership.
Visit during office hours.
Urgent Care visits are on a walk-in basis.

Registration takes place on the clinic’s external AtlasMD website.
