Andrea is a Family Nurse Practitioner; she received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing through University of Washington and Masters of Science FNP through University of Cincinnati.  She has her national certification with American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been a nurse for 15 years and practicing as an FNP for over three years.  She is passionate about wellness and preventative medicine for her patients. As a nurse she has worked in many settings to include critical care, specialty procedures, interventional endoscopy and home infusion.  She has witnessed firsthand the struggles and suffering her patients experienced while working in an ICU and strives to help her patients manage their health to maintain wellness.  Andrea will be doing what she loves here at Heartland Clinic by providing preventative services, especially women’s health and wellness exams, to the members we serve in Colville.  One of her most cherished gifts medicine brings to her is the opportunity to establish longstanding relationships with her patients; she LOVES learning about her patients and their lives, getting updates on them and their families, and being able to help provide any resources possible to help them with any challenges they may be facing.
